International Chili Society is proud to announce the 10th Annual Chili Cook-Off at European Village in Palm Coast.  Chiliheads from all over the country will be competing for the top prize and a chance to qualify for the World Finals for 2027 or 2028.  Support the ELKS Veterans and Children’s Services while enjoying a day filled with chili sampling, live music, and vendor specials at the European Village. It’s your go-to spot for dining, lounging, shopping, and entertainment, with great deals at the shops and restaurants. Talented cooks from all over are competing for a chance to qualify for the World’s Championship next year! Don’t forget to try the People’s Choice Chili and vote for your favorite.  

You must be an ICS Member to compete. Entry fees are separate per category (i.e. Red, Homestyle, Verde, etc.) and will be collected independently by the Cook-off Organizer. Please contact the organizer (info at top) for more information.

• Cooks must bring their own canopy/tent, table & chairs and supplies
• Limited power available
• Prize money will be determined based on entries
• Cooks party on Friday night at the Cork N Pint in the village

ALL CONTESTANTS must prepare TWO gallons of People’s Choice chili (PC).
