2008 - Alf's Salsa

Ingredients

2 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
4 Jalapenos peppers - deseeded & deveined
4 Serrano peppers - deseeded & deveined
2 Anaheim peppers - deseeded & deveined
1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
8 Roma tomatoes
Juice of 1 lime
1-16 oz can of diced tomatoes
1-16 oz can of pureed tomatoes
1 red onion
1 yellow onion
1 white onion
1 tsp of ground cumin
1/2 tsp of Cayenne pepper
1 bunch of cilantro - chopped
3 Cloves of garlic - mashed
Salt
Tabasco

Instructions

Dice up all the peppers, onions and tomatoes and mash the garlic.

Mix all ingredients together except the cilantro.

Chill approximately 1 1/2 hours then add cilantro.

Add the Tabasco and salt to taste then chill for 15 minutes.

Serve with Fritos Scoops.
