Winning Recipe
  Barry Steinberg's World Championship Salsa

Ingredients:
10-12 firm tomatoes, diced 
1 medium onion, diced
1 small can diced green chiles
6 medium cloves garlic
3 jalapeno chili peppers
1 habanera chili pepper
Cilantro to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste

Optional: shrimp and avacado
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in bowl - season to taste and enjoy!
