Alf's Salsa

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
4 Jalapenos peppers – deseeded & deveined
4 Serrano peppers – deseeded & deveined
2 Anaheim peppers – deseeded & deveined
1 yellow bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
8 Roma tomatoes
Juice of 1 lime
1-16 oz can of diced tomatoes
1-16 oz can of pureed tomatoes
1 red onion
1 yellow onion
1 white onion
1 tsp of ground cumin
½ tsp of Cayenne pepper
1 bunch of cilantro - chopped
3 Cloves of garlic - mashed
*Salt
*Tabasco
Instructions:
Dice up all the peppers, onions and tomatoes and mash the garlic. Mix all ingredients together except the cilantro. Chill approximately 1¾ hours then add cilantro. Add the Tabasco and salt to taste then chill for 15 minutes.
Serve with Fritos Scoops.
