Cooks & Judges Schedule

9:00 am � 10:00 am: Chili Booth SETUP & REGISTRATION

Start Preparation of People's Choice Chili

10:00 am: Cooks Meeting (Start Prep after meeting)

11:00 am: Light Stoves for Chili Verde

11:30 am: Judges Meeting for Salsa (Must attend to Judge)

12:00 noon: Salsa Turn-In

1:00 pm: Light Stoves for ICS Red Chili

12:30 pm � 4:30 pm: Serving of People Choice Chili (1 Gallon Required. This is in addition to Your Cooked Contest Chili. Additional Gallons appreciated for the success of our fundraising efforts)

1:30 pm: Judges meeting for Chili Verde (Must attend to Judge)

2:00 pm: Turn-In Chili Verde

3:30 pm: Judges Meeting for ICS Red Chili (Must attend to Judge)

4:00 pm: Turn-In ICS Red Chili

6:00 pm: AWARDS

Additional Information

Venue Comments: We will again have security on site Saturday night so cooks can leave their tents and belongings instead of packing it all up and setting up again. What a deal!!!
