To join in the fun fill out the form below and click Send Email. Your request will be emailed to the Cookoff contact person listed below. This will start the process but you will not be officially registered until you hear back from the Cookoff Chairman. Or if you prefer, you can print out the Contestant Application, fill it out and fax or mail it with your entry fee to the contact person listed below.

To submit your contestant application form by fax or mail please contact the Chili Cookoff Chairman. Contact information for Cookoffs can be found within Chili Cookoffs under their specific cookoff name or location.
